Refund policy

Worldwide Snacks Inc sells wholesale, pre-packaged food and beverage products. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final, except as outlined below.

Final Sale Policy

All products sold by Worldwide Snacks Inc are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. This policy is in place to comply with food safety, health, and quality control standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will replace or issue a credit for items that meet one of the following conditions:

  • Items received are damaged during transit

  • Items received are defective upon arrival

  • Items received are incorrect or missing from the order

To be eligible for a replacement or credit:

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photos of the damaged items, packaging, and shipping label are required

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Shipping & Handling

Worldwide Snacks Inc is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Damage resulting from improper storage after delivery

  • Melted or temperature-sensitive products once delivered and accepted

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper storage conditions upon receipt.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect shipping information are not eligible for refunds. Additional shipping or handling fees may apply if reshipment is requested.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified before fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Credits & Replacements

Approved claims will be resolved through:

  • Replacement products, or

  • Store credit, at our discretion

Refunds to original payment methods are not guaranteed.
