Logistics: how pallets and containers reach you
Dry goods ship by LTL or full-truckload freight from Walnut and the City of Industry, California. Frozen goods ship on dedicated frozen pallets with cold-chain carriers, which is why frozen orders are built as their own pallet with a 50-case minimum. Orders leave the warehouse in 1–2 business days once confirmed; container orders follow the vessel schedule we agree with you. Every shipment comes with a bill of lading and tracking, and our team coordinates delivery appointments with your warehouse.
